Returns

We want you to love your 5th Gen Cotton Co purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Final sale and limited-edition items are not eligible for return

How to Request a Return Log into your customer account at 5thgencottonco.com, find your order, and select "Request a Return." Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
